Teacher of Art and/or photography
MPS/UPS and possibility of TLR
We are seeking to appoint an innovated and creative Teacher of Art and/or Photography to join a talented department that puts great emphasis on expanding opportunities and improving achievement. At CBSC there is a strong emphasis on sustaining and raising attainment in creative, innovative ways and there is a genuine commitment to collaboration and professional development with a bespoke CPD programme. We also believe in 'growing great teachers' and have a two year training programme in place for NQT’s.
The post would be an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher, or an NQT with the capacity to rise to the challenge of teaching A Level. The ability to teach Art and Photography is an advantage and a TLR may be available for a suitably qualified candidate.
Visits to the school are actively encouraged, as are initial discussions with Lauren Avery, Director of Creative Arts, which can be arranged by contacting the school.
Further details and an online Application Pack are available under the 'Joining Us' section under 'Application Pack', or alternatively phone 020 8714 3100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for these.
CBSC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. All successful candidates will be required to undertake a criminal check via the DBS before they can be appointed.
We recommend early applications as the school reserves the right to close the advert prior to the stated deadline date.
Closing Date for Applications: 10am, 8th May 2018
Interviews will be held: w/c 14th May 2018
