Provider Access Policy

Carshalton Boys is committed to ensuring all our students understand the full range of options for progression Post 16 and Post 18. We work closely with local providers of education

Student entitlement

All students in years 8-13 are entitled:

· to find out about technical education qualifications and apprenticeships opportunities, as part of a careers programme which provides information on the full range of education and training options available at each transition point;

· to hear from a range of local providers about the opportunities they offer, including technical education and apprenticeships – through options events, assemblies and group discussions and taster events;

· to understand how to make applications for the full range of academic and technical courses.

A provider wishing to request access should contact

pcowell@carshaltonboys.org  - Assistant Head with responsibility for Careers

sjames@carshaltonboys.org – Work Experience Co-ordinator (for all queries specifically related to work experience)

Mapped in the table below is the timeline of events which are flagged as potential opportunities for provider access. Please do contact us if alternative arrangements are desirable.
