We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to undertake a new post which has been created to build the ASD specialist capacity within our school. Reporting to the SENCo the successful applicant with work alongside key professionals in school and beyond to ensure the very best provision is available for any children with social and communication needs. Additionally, you will work as part of the Learning Support Department to have an impact on the progress and achievement of students with SEMH needs and to support behaviour and promote an environment for learning that supports the progress of all students.
This role would suit a HLTA or an experienced TA wishing to further their career (consideration to pursue a HLTA assessment would be considered for the right applicant).
Visits to the school are actively encouraged, as are initial discussions with Paul Farr, Assistant Principal and SENCo, which can be arranged by contacting the school.
