CBSC Students visit Kingston University
31 Pupil premium students attended an Aspirations event at Kingston University on Tuesday 10th January.
The day involved sessions on The Money Game, looking at student finances and Planning your Future. Students also had a tour around the campus and had many opportunities to talk with student ambassadors from the university.
Student comments on the day included:
- ‘The Money Game was good because it made me think about how I need to be more careful with my money'
- ‘The study zones were really well laid out. Good private areas and a larger group area’
- ‘It gave me a good insight into what life at uni will be like. I do want to be vet’
- ‘Good to speak to current students’
Many thank to Mr Brittain and Mr Khawaja for accompanying the students.
